Who am I?
My background is in technology and business within Customer Services. I’ve been involved in software and ITC infrastructure since 1988, after joining Marconi from college where I studied Electronic Engineering.
Married to Karen we have a daughter called Lucy (who’s now 18). We live in Liverpool,
I enjoy football at all levels from Marine to Liverpool FC and walking with the dogs!
Having 18 years experience of communications and software management with large blue chip and small organisations I joined John Swain at Northwave in 2000.
What do I do at Northwave?
I am in charge of the delivery side of the business, ensuring that projects are delivered “On Time and Within Budget”, managing the teams throughout the project cycle.
I have worked on both sides of the fence of customer and suppliers, so I understand the pressures and needs from both angles!
What can I do for you?
I will provide honest and achievable deliverables. I’ll let you know when we have any problems and tell you how we are rectifying them! In short I’ll get our team to make it happens for your team.
